1. First, enter your quadratic formula’s coefficients.

(a)
X2
(b)
X
(c)

2. Click on the button twice to see/update the graph of the quadratic formula.

If you have any problems, please read the instructions below about how to use this tool.

How to Use the Quadratic Formula Grapher

This is a tool that can draw graphs of quadratic formulas. It’s really simple to use – you need to enter just the parameters/coefficients of the quadratic equation and hit the button twice. The result of this action would be a beautiful parabola, which would be the graph of the quadratic function entered.

Example: If you have the equation 2x2-4x+3=0, enter in the first cell (for x2) 2, in the second cell (for x) - 3 and 3 in the third.
Then hit the button twice and you are done.

That’s it!

This is a nice way for the quadratic chart to be explored. You can play with different quadratic coefficients and see how their change reflects the graph. You can use whatever numbers you like, but if they are too big, the chart may not be displayed correctly. If you can’t see a nice blue parabola, you can try to zoom out the chart, because the curve may be displayed out of range. To do so, just position the mouse pointer on the chart and scroll with your mouse’s wheel. Also the arrows at the right corner of the graph could be used. If you still cant see the parabola, try to enter smaller numbers for coefficients.
